I didn't start in AI — I started in claims. And for more than 15 years, I've worked closely with claims teams trying to fix processes that were becoming more complex and expensive every year.
What always frustrated me was how much expert time was wasted on manual work — reading documents, chasing missing information, rechecking data — instead of actually solving cases and helping customers. Everyone talked about automation, but the hardest parts of claims handling could never really be automated because the data was too messy and unstructured.
When I joined DataSentics four years ago, I finally saw technology catching up with reality. With modern LLM and generative AI, we can now automate parts of claims processing that always required human review before.
My motivation today is simple: help organizations finally make claims handling faster, cheaper, and less painful — without forcing them to build risky AI capabilities themselves. Let technology handle repetitive complexity so experts can focus on decisions that really matter.
