Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about ClaimSense — from how it works to how we keep your data safe.
ClaimSense is an AI-native platform that runs the full claim lifecycle — from intake to resolution. AI reads all documents, extracts key data, creates a case summary, and proposes a decision with reasoning. Your handler reviews and decides in minutes instead of hours. It's not an AI layer bolted onto a legacy system — it's the complete environment your claims team works in, including dashboard, case management, AI chat across the full case file, and analytics.
ClaimSense is built by DataSentics, part of the Bull / Eviden group — one of the largest AI/ML teams in Central Europe with 300+ engineers and 500+ delivered AI projects. The product team combines 15+ years of hands-on experience in insurance operations with 5+ years of deploying AI in enterprise operations. We're not a startup with a prototype — we're a product team with live deployments at clients like Tuito and Pillow.
Learn more about our storyIt depends on the package and scope. Our Analytical Agent (batch analysis, no integration) can run in 1–2 weeks. A full Operational Platform deployment follows a four-phase plan — Initial Setup, Shadow Run, Operational Migration, Full Production — and typically takes 1–2 months depending on data complexity, claim types, and integration scope.
See the full implementation planNo. AI pre-processes the case, creates a summary, and proposes a decision with transparent reasoning. The final decision always stays with your handler. We monitor AI accuracy in real time — if it drops, the system flags it and you adjust the rules. Full audit trail is available for regulators and internal compliance.
Your data stays in your environment. ClaimSense runs on your own cloud infrastructure — Azure, GCP, or AWS — via a Databricks-based deployment. Full audit trail, role-based access control, and enterprise-grade security. The platform is designed to meet GDPR, DORA, and EU AI Act requirements for data sovereignty and AI transparency.
Explore the architectureClaimSense integrates with your existing environment through APIs. For brokers, TPAs, and multi-carrier operations, we support multiple parallel workflows — each with its own data extraction rules, validations, and outputs. We also natively handle automated preparation of final summary documents. Integrations with public and private data sources (vehicle databases, registry systems, etc.) are extended based on client needs.
We're upfront about what AI can and can't do. For documents like handwritten accident reports, extraction is limited by source quality and legibility. ClaimSense extracts what it can and leaves the rest to the handler — no false promises of 100% automation. You always see the AI confidence score and can review flagged cases.
Pricing is per claim, not per licence. Analytical Agent starts at €3/claim, Full Operational Platform at €5/claim. Cloud infrastructure, AI tokens, updates, and security are included — no hidden fees. You can start with a small pilot: upload a batch of closed cases and compare how ClaimSense processes them against your team's historical output.
